Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Axion Pro LED display series?

Axion Pro is our flagship indoor fine-pitch LED display series for fixed installations, built on native 16:9 panels that assemble into seamless Full HD, 4K, and 8K walls. With pixel pitches from 0.9mm to 3.75mm and five Special Configurations, Axion Pro serves boardrooms, lobbies, control rooms, broadcast, and government installations from one panel platform.

What pixel pitches are available for Axion Pro?

Axion Pro is available in six pixel pitches — 0.9mm, 1.25mm, 1.5mm, 1.9mm, 2.5mm, and 3.75mm — covering everything from ultra-fine boardroom viewing to auditorium distances. Multiplying pitch by 3–4 gives the minimum comfortable viewing distance in feet, letting one series match nearly any indoor application.

What configuration options are available for Axion Pro?

TL;DR: Axion Pro offers five Special Configurations — Normal, Cool-Efficient, Value, High Bright, and TAA — tuning one panel platform to five performance targets.

We call these Special Configurations — factory-built variants of the same panel, each tuned for a different priority. Axion Pro comes in five: Normal, the standard configuration; Cool-Efficient, with flip-chip pixels and common cathode power for cooler, more efficient operation and higher contrast; Value, engineered for the lowest possible cost; High Bright, delivering elevated brightness for demanding light environments; and TAA, compliant for U.S. government procurement.

How bright is the Axion Pro display?

Axion Pro brightness ranges from 600 to 4,000 nits by configuration — Normal, Cool-Efficient, and Value configurations deliver 600–1,200 nits, ideal for typical indoor environments, while High Bright reaches 2,000–4,000 nits for daylight-flooded atriums, storefronts, and spaces where ambient light demands headroom.

What components make up an Axion Pro panel?

Each Axion Pro panel contains five primary components: a die-cast aluminum frame, low-voltage power supply, receiving card, HUB board, and LED modules — four modules per full panel, two per half-width. Every project ships with spare parts for each component, with enhanced spare allocations on TAA configurations.

How is Axion Pro serviced?

Axion Pro is fully front-serviceable — modules, power supplies, and receiving cards all release from the front with hot-swappable replacement, no rear access required. Walls mount flush to structure without maintenance corridors, and repairs complete in minutes while the display continues operating.

What options are available for Axion Pro?

Axion Pro options include protective epoxy masking and coating, touch interactivity, embedded senders, dual receiving cards and dual power supplies for redundancy, remote power configurations, trim and header/footer finishing, connecting plates, and flight cases — configuring one panel platform from boardroom elegance to mission-critical resilience.
