Cesium

Cesium series expands design potential with dynamically curving panels. Integrated handles on the rear are used for carrying and adjusting the
internal curve of the panel. An individual Cesium panel can achieve up to a 45-degree curve, concave or convex. Create a perfect cylinder as narrow as 1.3 meters (4.2 ft). Sixteen (16) panels can create a complete 360-degree circle. Like Tungsten, Cesium panels feature metal corner protectors which fold closed and deploy via spring and push of a button on the rear of the panel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Cesium series?

Cesium is our curved indoor rental LED series — the curving sister to Tungsten, sharing the same 500×500mm rental format while adding horizontal curve capability up to 45 degrees per panel. Build fully curved displays from Cesium alone, or mix Cesium and Tungsten panels within one display for combined flat-and-curved builds.

Can Cesium panels be curved for creative setups?

Yes — Cesium panels curve horizontally up to 45 degrees per panel, concave or convex, enabling sweeping curved walls and full cylindrical shapes as tight as 1.3 meters in diameter. The curve is set at assembly and adjusts per panel, so the same inventory builds a gentle arc one show and a full column the next.

How easy is it to set up curved Cesium panels?

Very — Cesium panels carry rear-mounted handles that adjust the curve angle without tools, so curvature is set during normal assembly rather than through measurement and shimming. Crews familiar with standard rental panels pick up the curve workflow in a single build.

Can Cesium and Tungsten panels be used together?

Yes — Cesium and Tungsten are engineered as companions: mix them within a single display, using Tungsten for the flat sections and Cesium where the wall curves. One design note for fleet planning: the two series use different modules, so each maintains its own spare module inventory.

What are the benefits of curved LED displays?

Curved LED delivers a more immersive viewing experience, wider visibility angles, and designs that stop foot traffic — qualities that earn their keep at trade shows, concerts, and brand activations. Cesium brings those benefits in rental form: dynamic curvature that assembles, tours, and reconfigures show after show.

Can Cesium build domes or spheres?

No — Cesium curves horizontally only, producing curved walls, arcs, and cylinders. For compound-curved forms like domes, globes, and spheres, our Cerium product line handles fully custom curvature engineered per project. Between the two, virtually any curved geometry is achievable.

How does Cesium protect its panels during transport and handling?

Cesium carries the same protection system as Tungsten: flip-out spring-loaded metal corner protectors that guard the most vulnerable pixels during casing, moving, and stacking. The shields deploy for the load-out and fold away in the assembled wall — rental-life insurance built into every panel.

What pixel pitches and configuration options does Cesium offer?

We call these Special Configurations — factory-built variants of the same panel, each tuned for a different priority. Cesium comes in 1.9mm and 2.6mm pitches — fine enough for the close viewing that curved builds invite — in two configurations: Normal for standard event duty, and Production with high refresh rates for broadcast, filmed events, and virtual production where curved backdrops face cameras.

Are curved LED rental panels a good fit for short-term events?

Yes — curved rental panels thrive in short-term setups: they assemble like building blocks, look spectacular, and tear down as fast as they went up. Stages, trade show booths, and promotional installations use Cesium to deliver architectural-grade curves on event timelines and event budgets.

What warranty and service come with Cesium?

Cesium includes a 2-year warranty, extendable to 5 years, with sufficient spare parts included. Panels are front-serviceable with hot-swappable modules for mid-event repairs — just remember Cesium modules are series-specific, so curved fleets carry their own spares alongside any Tungsten stock.
