Creating faceted curves with flat panels will soon be a thing of the past. Introducing Wave, a leap forward in the evolution of curving fine-pitch LED. Design, installation, and service are made easier with a single panel size and universal flexible modules.
The Wave panel has a 4:9 aspect ratio enabling a true 16:9 aspect ratio, which can be configured to true FullHD 2K or UltraHD 4K resolutions.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Wave series?

Wave is our curved LED display series, built on slim vertical panels whose curve angle is precision-milled into the aluminum frame to each project’s specification. With fine pitches from 0.9mm to 1.9mm, Wave creates smooth concave and convex walls, columns, and flowing architectural forms — engineered curves, not approximated ones.

What makes Wave stand out for curved LED displays?

Wave panels curve up to 30 degrees inward or outward — concave or convex — building smooth curved video walls and even complete 360-degree circular displays with a diameter as tight as 1.2 meters (3.9 feet). Because each panel’s angle is manufactured rather than field-approximated, the finished curve is exact and repeatable.

How does Wave's curve system actually work?

Two elements cooperate: ultra-thin LED modules that are genuinely flexible, and milled aluminum frames that hold a fixed, precise angle defined when the panel is ordered. The flexible modules conform universally to any panel’s curve — so every module fits every panel, regardless of angle, and the frame guarantees the geometry.

What aspect ratio and resolutions can Wave support?

Each Wave panel carries a 4:9 native aspect ratio — four panels wide assemble into true 16:9. Configurations support Full HD, 4K, and higher resolutions depending on panel count, so curved walls deliver the same clean, native content formats as flat displays.

What pixel pitches are available for Wave?

Wave comes in four fine pitches — 0.9mm, 1.25mm, 1.5mm, and 1.9mm — unusual resolution territory for curved LED. That fineness matters because curved displays invite close approach: viewers walk beside columns and along curved walls, and Wave holds crisp at the distances curiosity creates.

Do Wave panels share interchangeable modules?

Yes — because the flexible modules conform to any frame angle, one module type serves every panel in the display regardless of its curve. A single compact spare inventory covers the entire installation, and any replacement module fits anywhere with full color consistency.

What protective and finishing options come with Wave?

Wave offers optional epoxy resin coating for impact and moisture protection — valuable on curved surfaces within public reach — plus edge trim for a finished architectural appearance, and flight cases for protected transport. Remote power configurations move AC-to-DC conversion outside the panels, slimming the installation further.

Does Wave support both wall-mounted and freestanding installations?

Yes — Wave installs as fixed curved walls and columns, most typically installed onto walls directly. Wave can also be installed on structural supports away from any building walls. Combined with remote power options, the slim panels integrate cleanly into architecture or freestanding builds.

What types of projects work well with Wave?

Wave shines in upscale retail, houses of worship, museums, broadcast studios, and corporate lobbies — anywhere a fine-pitch curved display elevates the space. Signature applications include 360-degree columns, gently curved feature walls, and flowing forms that flat panels simply cannot follow.

How does Wave differ from Zirconium for creative displays?

Both are freeform, solving different geometry: Zirconium builds custom dimensions and faceted angles using mixed rigid panel sizes and 45-degree chamfers, while Wave builds smooth curves through precision-milled frame angles and flexible modules. Faceted architectural precision, choose Zirconium; flowing curved surfaces, choose Wave. Many ambitious installations use both.

What warranty and service come with Wave?

Wave includes a 2-year warranty, extendable to 5 years, with spare parts included. Panels are front-serviceable with hot-swappable modules — and module universality means service anywhere on the curve uses the same part, keeping repairs fast and color-perfect.
