Built on six panel sizes adjustable in 250mm increments, with pitches from 1.5mm to 3.9mm and 8,000:1 contrast, Zirconium fills the spaces standard panels can’t — precisely.

Zirconium’s flexible freeform design adjusts in 250mm increments both vertically and horizontally, with panels up to 1000mm (39.4″) wide and 500mm (19.7″) tall. Six panel sizes mix within one display, making it possible to match virtually any custom dimension or unique shape without compromise or filler framing.

Zirconium panels come in six sizes: widths of 500mm, 750mm, and 1000mm, each in 250mm and 500mm heights. All sizes share the same depth, finish, and pixel alignment, so they combine invisibly within a single display — the size mix serves the dimensions, never the other way around.

Yes — Zirconium panels support up to a 45-degree edge chamfer on either side, enabling faceted curves, sharp corners including full 90-degree wraps, and custom angular shapes. The capability suits architectural installations, creative stage designs, and visual projects where the display’s geometry is part of the design.

Yes — all Zirconium panels use identical, interchangeable modules regardless of panel size. One spare module inventory serves the entire display, cutting spare parts requirements, simplifying maintenance across mixed panel sizes, and ensuring color-consistent repairs anywhere on the wall.

Zirconium comes in four pixel pitches spanning roughly 1.5mm to 3.9mm — fine enough for close-viewing custom installations, economical enough for large architectural surfaces viewed at distance. Pitch and panel-size combinations let designers balance resolution, dimensions, and budget within one series.

We call these Special Configurations — factory-built variants of the same panel, each tuned for a different priority. Zirconium comes in four: Normal, the standard configuration; Value, engineered for lowest cost; High Bright, reaching 3,000 nits for light-flooded architectural spaces; and Production, with 7,680Hz refresh for broadcast and on-camera environments where custom-shaped displays appear on camera.

Yes — the Zirconium Production configuration delivers 7,680Hz refresh for clean, artifact-free camera capture, purpose-fit for scenic set pieces, custom-shaped studio backdrops, and architectural production elements filmed at moderate distance. Freeform geometry plus broadcast-grade refresh is a combination few display series offer.

Zirconium is an indoor series, but an optional hydrophobic treatment applied to the module rear adds moisture resistance for notably humid interiors — natatoriums, atriums with water features, coastal buildings, and similar spaces. It’s inexpensive peace of mind where indoor air carries more moisture than usual.

Zirconium excels wherever standard dimensions don’t fit: broadcast studio sets, art installations, museums, architectural and building-integrated displays, control centers with wall-to-wall requirements, and upscale corporate lobbies where the display must match the space to the inch — not the other way around.
