Tungsten Pro is our fine-pitch outdoor rental LED series — 500×500mm panels with pitches from 1.25mm to 1.9mm, built for the load-in/load-out life while carrying weatherproof IP65 protection. It tours as rental and staging inventory, and like all rental-grade LED, it also installs permanently where fixed deployment is required.

Tungsten Pro comes in three fine pitches — 1.25mm, 1.5mm, and 1.9mm — the tightest resolutions in our rental lineup. That fineness serves outdoor events where audiences approach the display: stage sets, brand activations, premium hospitality builds, and broadcast positions where cameras get close.

Tungsten Pro is rated IP65 — sealed against dust and resistant to water jets from any direction — with an IP66 upgrade available for the most exposed conditions, including salt air environments. The rating covers the display in operation, rain or shine, through festival season.

Tungsten Pro delivers 3,000–3,500 nits — full daylight-competitive brightness that keeps imagery vivid in direct sun. For outdoor events running from afternoon load-in through evening show, content stays legible across the entire lighting arc of the day.

Through layered protection: IP65-sealed die-cast aluminum panels, a protective epoxy coating that locks pixels against impact, moisture, and dust, and flip-chip pixel construction that eliminates fragile bonding wires — the most common failure point under vibration and transport shock. Weather and roadwear are the design brief.

Fast — panels connect with quick-locking hardware that aligns and secures without tools, and the 500×500mm format keeps each unit light and one-person manageable. Walls stack to 20 panels high and hang to 20 deep, with flight cases and carts moving inventory efficiently between truck and stage.

Yes — faceted curves: panels connect at angles up to 45 degrees left, right, or both, creating curved stage backdrops, wrapped corners, and angular scenic shapes. The curve is set at assembly, letting the same inventory build flat walls one show and faceted forms the next.

Tungsten Pro supports front and rear service independently — front access when the wall is built against structure, rear access when it’s ground-stacked or flown with a walkway. Hot-swappable modules and components mean mid-event repairs happen in minutes, from whichever side the build allows.

Tungsten Pro includes a 3-year warranty, extendable to 10 years, with sufficient spare parts included — coverage terms usually reserved for fixed installations, applied to rental inventory. For rental houses, that warranty depth directly protects fleet economics across years of bookings.
